Demp and I have decided, after much consideration, to close Dempsey Film Group. For twenty-three years we have prided ourselves in quality production and services, but have decided it is time to close the doors. We understand the importance of your media that we have on hand here and want to make sure you know you have the opportunity to have it returned to you. We are making every effort to keep enough of a staff on hand to handle these requests but please make sure you know someone is at the facility before making a trip here. As a valued customer, we wanted to inform you that all of your media stored at our facility is available for pick up at your request.

When we have received your request, we will then send you a report of how many tapes and how much digital media we have on hand along with a quote if there are to be any charges. For digital files, you will need to provide a hard drive or purchase one through us for transferring. Actual tapes will be boxed and placed in our lobby for pick up or can be shipped at your cost. You have 30 days from the date of this letter to make arrangements with us. If you have already made arrangements, please disregard this letter. If we do not hear from you within 30 days, your media will be discarded.
